1. Get a good professional dental cleaning to remove the hardened plaque and stains from your teeth especially between and around those gums.
2. Floss with a whitening toothpaste left between your teeth to help maintain the whiteness and keep the areas smooth.
3. Use a water pick with some hydrogen peroxide in it. Just a tablespoon will do! This will help bubble out debris and whiten those tough areas.
4. Hydrate! Decreasing the concentration of residual products that stain our teeth and rinsing them away before they stick is a great preventative measure and healthy too!
